  I think it was pretty much a misunderstanding of whether I would get a call back for an appointment. I never did use your service and I encourage others to try your company out. I understand the problem of being busy.

As discussed on the phone, I apologize that there was going to be a few day/possible week wait before we were able to complete the work you requested. We are a small business and take our work requests on a first come, first serve basis. We are very grateful to be busy during these times but sometimes we are not able to get to everyone as quickly as they would like and for that we do apologize. The exception to this of course being an emergency situation for a customer. We hope that you will give us a try again in the future. Thank you!
