  I called point to have my new garage wired. The owner Shawn came out in person and we discussed different options and he shared his thoughts on how to get the everything I wanted. He mentioned several ways for me to save on the cost of this project which was very helpful. When the crew came out, Greg was the lead man. He is extremely knowledgeable, he mentioned right off, if I had any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.The communication with Greg was ongoing though out the entire project.which I felt was very important. The entire crew from the clerical end to the technicians was outstanding. If your looking for any electrical work to have done, big or small save your self time from going through the bidding process and hire Point Electric. I’m so glad I did!!!

  We contacted Shawn to perform several wiring projects in our home such as installing 7 ceiling fans, running wiring to a new laundry room, installing an extra circuit box in the basement and to complete the wiring of two outlets Pointe Electric started last fall but didn’t complete. Shawn came out to go over our scope of work and as always we felt Shawn was friendly and professional. Shawn seemed interested in doing our project and said he would get a proposal to us. That was 4 weeks ago. Shawn left our house that day and we haven’t heard from him since. If a contractor is not interested in doing the customer’s work, he should be upfront and let them know that. So very disappointed with Pointe Electric.

  We have been working with Shawn, Cindy, and their crew for a year now. Everyone is very professional about their work and customer service. Point's pricing and turn around is always better than what I have received in the past and there isn't a project they haven't been able to complete. They have done everything from fixing heavy abrasive blast equipment, taking care of our PLC issues, to installing bathroom lights and fans. I would highly recommend Point Electric for your next project.
