Steve was probably the most professional and hard worker we have ever hired. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He actually was able to get done three projects in one day. One of our projects was very difficult and yet, he was still able to get it done perfectly. We are so please and beyond satisfied with the work and results. I highly recommend Steve and Ponderosa!!

Nick's service was excellent. His communication skills were excellent. He was "on time" and expressed concern for all of our issues. The repairs were done quicker than I expected and at a reasonable cost. The entire system--heat pump and furnace-- are now working perfectly. I would recommend Nick, as well as Ponderosa, to anyone who needs heating and cooling service.

Ponderosa first impressed me with their professionalism on the phone. They were able to get a technician out that same day. The problem was our electrical panel and the process went so smooth and quick. Brent, who installed it, really helped me understand everything that was involved. He was on time and even finished earlier than I thought he would. Highly recommend this company.
