  Most power outages of any of the 9 states I have lived in. Power has gone off 5 times today alone. Off over an hour 2 days ago. They admitted in a public meeting that they don't care about customer service. Calling to report an outage gets you a busy signal, or hung up on. After hours, have been treated very rudely by their answering service. On the bright side, there are weeks when the power works uninterrupted!

  Thank you Pontotoc Electric for cutting down the dead tree in my yard. It was leaning over a power line and could have taken out my electricity at any moment! A special thanks to Mr. Howell for being so kind and prompt in meeting the needs of a customer. God bless you all as you work tirelessly in this heat.

  They've finally joined the 21st century with online bill paying but the crooks like to charge a ridiculous fee like it's so much trouble. It's about time this racketeering monopoly ends.
