  William Brown was awesome, he came out at 8pm to take a look at our AC unit and he just found it needed to be cleaned, nothing major and didn't charge us the service fee, how awesome is that??? We will be using him again for an over haul/tune up in a few monthseconds. KUDOS

  I called this company twice and both times they said they would add me to their list and call me back to set up an appointment. They never called back either time.
