  I call the office and was able to speak to a live person on the first call. They were able to send someone out the next day. Tyler arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his work and took care of our issue promptly. The issue he fixed was covered under in the amount of the service call and we took payment via credit card and issues an invoice on the spot. He also provided an estimate for some additional work before he left. I would definitely recommend Potts if you are looking for a reputable professional electrician.

  Being new to the area, I used the Thumbnail app to locate Potts Electric to diagnose an electrical problem in my home. The company responded promptly and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours! Mr Dietz arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem area and offered a detailed explanation of the electrical issue (which ended up being minor). Instead of trying to force a sale, the technician was able to “read” me, and knew that I was going to opt to do the minor fix myself. He advised that his service was just a free estimate unless I wanted to pay a quoted minimum fee for a minor tweak. I thought this showed awareness, integrity, and all around excellent customer service! Though I did not use Potts for this job, I definitely recommend them. Dealing with them was an excellent experience!

  Tyler was wonderful. He explained everything that he was going to do and explained what happened to caused the burned out outlet. He was very personal and professional and got the job done quickly. Will be calling Potts again for all our electrical needs. Very pleased with the service!
