  The business came highly recommended and actually showed up and provided an invoice for the work to be done $3500+. Called the very next day to schedule it and was told that they would have to call me back with confirmation. Never received a call back. Installers showed up at the house two weeks later when no one was home. Unscheduled. Stated they couldn’t wait and I would have to reschedule. The earliest they could reschedule for was two weeks from then. 🤯. No priority scheduling, no accountability, an not even a “my bad, we “messed” up. The technicians that showed up were understanding and upset themselves. They stated it happens all the time and you have to stay on top of the people that work in the office. Seems like they’d be a better business if they straightened out this issue. An appointment reminder or confirmation process would do the trick. I ended up using someone else because I could not in good conscious give my money to someone that doesn’t respect me as a customer.
