  I have had good service from this company until recently. I have been waiting since the first of November 2020 to get a technician to my house to repair my system. I have been dealing with the office manager (Lynn) and have had numerous reasons why they cannot schedule a repair time. Phone calls have been ignored and not returned. Must search for another Generac repair service.

  We are truly sorry that we did not get to you in a timely manner however when the storm hit we had to go into emergency mode taking care of our assisted living homes and customers that are on life saving equipment first. When we were on our way to your home the first time you said you were actually leaving to go out of town or somewhere so we rescheduled. The other time you were on the schedule we were heading to your home and it was after 5pm and you did not want us to come out. When we called back to reschedule again, that is when you told us you had already gone with a different company. We would love for you to give us a chance again in the future.

  Very friendly people, very helpful and easy to work with and BJ one of techs was very helpful and gave us a lot of advise to help us with our Generac 22kw . We never had a generator and he spent extra time to help us. Would highly recommend this company.
