  David arrived on schedule and repaired a problem with the electrical panel. He has a great personality! He was extremely professional, and explained what he was doing and exactly what it would cost. We're having more work done in the future and I requested specifically that he's the one who comes out. If you're looking for an electrician, I would highly recommend him.

  We called Powerful Electrical out to our newly purchased home to get an estimate on some work we wanted done and they were great! They were able to answer all of our questions and provide the estimate immediately as well as proof of insurance and license! You'd be surprised how many "contractors" claim to be licensed and insured, yet can't provide those documents when asked! We've called other electricians and couldn't even get them to come out for an estimate! Powerful Electrical were extremely professional and very transparent. Once we get our ducks in a row (moving here was expensive! 😢), we'll be hiring them to do the upgrades!

  We called this company to look at a light fixture to see what needed to be repaired. We received an invoice for the work completed but we did not get a call to approve the repair or what was to be installed. We were told that we received a call to get authorization and that it was recorded but that recording has not been provided to us. The light that was installed was not what should be in a kitchen and does not function well for that application. I called the technician but they did not answer. They did call back and left me a message that they couldn't talk to me because they were already talking to someone else in the company. I am the owner of the company and would expect that a company would take my call so I can express my concerns. I would not recommend this company. The response to my review is half truths and at no time did I receive a phone call until I left a message twice. The first call was Friday April 8th 2022 and the second call which was returned on April 13, 2022. We work with mostly small businesses who do good work and receive payment for that work in full and I might add, in a timely manner. It's unfortunate we had this experience with Powerful Electrical.

  Jason, We were called out to give a price to replace a light fixture because the existing one no longer works. After we were performed a walkthrough we we're also made aware that an outlet was also faulty and very loose. We were given two numbers for your company, your number and a number for Brooke. We called you twice and nobody answered so we left a voicemail. We also called back a couple days later returning your call and still no answer so we left another voicemail. We we're just trying to have one point of contact in your company instead of having to call three or four people as it resulted in a breakdown of communication, somebody approved my invoice, somebody paid my invoice and now I have a one-star review from somebody I didn't do business with. We called Brooke and got approval to replace the light in the dining room, we never touched the light in the kitchen. We then also replace the faulty outlet. The tenants we're very helpful and we're very grateful that they have a much better quality and looking dining room light, instead of a fluorescent fixture with a wooden box around it. Fast forward a few days and we got a very nasty and disrespectful phone call from Mary Anne, Quartermaster properties office admin saying we did not have approval for the invoice even after we verbally got confirmation to move forward with the project and the invoice was paid as well. Mary Anne also told us that she wants us to go back to fix the existing light and repair it for free, however as a small business we understand that we get clients from time to time that try to get stuff for free, however we cannot do that. It seems like the office at Quartermaster properties is in the business of calling small businesses to perform services and then try to get free work and leaving one star reviews to destroy small businesses when they decide not to do free work. After looking at Jason Shamis Broker/Quartermaster Properties Facebook page and seeing the 1st 2 reviews about you taking advantage of people, it all makes sense! Shame on you Jason!
