  Live in downtown Annapolis and needed a burnt dryer outlet replaced. KC the owner was amazing to work with and answered my email during off hours and followed up throughout the process which is a rarity in construction. Melvin the tech showed up on time and did quick detail oriented work. The pricing was good compared to some of the other electricians we've used in the past where it felt like we were nickled and dimed on everything. I think we've found our new electrical company and have no issue recommending them to others.

  Outlet in daughter's bedroom started smoking. Pulled the outlet out and it was melted on the side. Called PowerMeans because a friend recommended them. They sent an electrician out right away. He replaced the outlet and noticed that we had aluminum wiring. After looking at our panel, he gave us a number of recommendations to help prevent something like this from happening again. We went with his recommendation to replace our breakers with new up to code arc fault breakers that would trip in situations like this. Very professional and courteous. Would call them again for any more electric work.
