  Tech did what the company said he would do, fix my generator. Another company had said that a part needed to fix the generator was unavailable. Power tech had the part and fit my repair into their repair schedule

  The Powertech Electric crew just finished installing my whole house backup generator today. It was as straight forward and professional as I could have possibly hoped. When I requested a quote, they came in a timely fashion, gave me a clear explanation covering what all I would need done (and not need done as I had been told by another agency), provided a fair quote that was actually lower than I had budgeted for, kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, worked hand in hand with the company I had contracted with to do the natural gas work, and finished the project in short order. There were no hidden fees. Everything was as we discussed up front. As someone who was not familiar with contractors in Saint Mary's County it was a great experience to have this be who I chose to do the work. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me about electrical work and using them for future home projects. Thanks again to the team.

  I contacted PowerTech as I wanted a whole house generator installed. Brandon came out very quickly and when I told him what I wanted and that I knew nothing more than that, he took the ball and ran with it. That night I had a fair proposal in hand and within several days the project began. The timeline provided was accurate, the personnel were knowledgeable and the entire project was completed with no pain, no mistakes, and on time. I would refer anyone needing electrical work to PowerTech. Great job.
