  We have had our solar installation for about a month now. Ernesto, the owner is very good at what he does. I have known for years that I wanted solar but the costs were way to high especially for the system set up that I wanted. We were recommended PowerTown Solar from a friend. I was thinking it was going to be just another quote but Ernesto impressed me with his knowledge and his recommendations. He also had a great price that I could not pass up. If you compare to others, his price was below others I had received but the actual equipment was much better than the rest. I received LG solar panels(18.5% efficient!!!) and the Enphase micro inverters that I was wishing for. The others had Chinese panels and a single inverter system. The system that Ernesto installed is much better. Do your research on the panels and the inverters and you will see what system is better and is expandable or repairable later if need be. The install: Ernesto was great too installing the panels and getting the permits and approvals. He installed our panels in one day! I though that I was going to have a lot of work to do with the building permit and dealing with our power company. But gladly and to my much surprise, I had to do nothing. We signed the contract and Ernesto did the rest. He even came back when all the permits and our power company approved it to show us how to turn it on. It was a piece of cake and he could have just told me how to flip the switch but took the time to show me. He really enjoyed seeing my face looking at my meter going backwards. Now it is working for me! I still go out and look at it. It still gives me a smile. Thank you Ernesto for the great system and all the hard work you did. This review will also be posted on Yelp and the BBB for others to find it. We would like everyone to know what a good job Ernesto did for us.

  Power Town had the best price of three companies I interviewed. The team came prepared, on time and completed very quickly. Excellent job. Extremely satisfied.
