  I requested a quote to Sir Eli for all the power outlets not working in my garage. Instead of flat out charging me to come out, he explained some of the factors that might have caused the issue, and provided guidance and what I can do on my end to see if I can resolve the issue so I didn't have to spend money for something I could have done on my end. Humble, understanding, great with his explanation. Looking forward to calling Precision Electric for future issues.

  Eli was busy. He still answered the phone and took the time to provide me with valuable information I needed regarding electrical outlets. He also extended his expertise for anytime I needed it in the future. Did I mention he did this while he was working and busy? THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Excellent Service!! I called Eli with Precision Electric in a panic. I was having an air conditioner and new heater installed today. The installers said I needed to have an electrician assess the fuse box. They didn't think there was available power. Eli said he was working in Sanger, I apologized for the short notice. He said he would make it happen and come to Three Rivers today. I asked if he knew how much it would cost? He said a new panel is $1500 He asked me to send him a photo of the electrical panel and my address. I did. He called me immediately and asked me about my dryer. I told him it was propane. Then I asked if he could talk to the AC guy for more info. Eli helped the AC guy and explained what he needed to do and that I won't need a whole new electrical panel after all because the propane dryer freed up power. ELI got nothing for going out of his way to help. In this day and age it is rare for someone to be so helpful with no reward. Eli could have said I needed a new panel. But instead he saved me a ton of money and helped the AC guys be able to install the AC. Thank YOU Eli at Precision Electric ! Amazing customer service. I will recommend you to everyone I know!
