  Wow, I am SO THANKFUL I came across Precision One. They helped me *same day* with a frozen pipe that was actively leaking all over our rental property while I was stuck in an airport flying home from the holidays, doing my best to resolve from afar. Not only was their team attentive, timely and helpful, they were also quick to provide a solution when most other contractors were still closed for the holidays. They repaired the pipe efficiently and re-installed the CORRECT way to prevent this from happening again. They seem to truly care about the quality of work and customer service they provide. Mike was awesome and I am forever thankful for their professional guidance. They're my go-to plumber now hands down!

  Hired for various electrical issues, including installing a ceiling fan, fixing outlets, a bathroom fan, garage ceiling lights and more. They were able to fit us in same day and gave us a good deal. Both men were professional and helpful. Very happy with work done!

  I just want to say that precision One was wonderful. A few days ago we noticed that our air conditioner wasn't cooling. So we called another company out they came and for $700 they said they put freon in it and put some kind of a gas inside the pipes to see if there was a leak. We noticed that there was a new change so we called him back out so they could crawl up into the attic to see if there was a gas leak they said no that it looked like we probably needed any unit they quoted us between $8,000 and $15,000. My husband wasn't happy with the results so he called precision One at 6:30 at night and since you guys were local they said they'd stop by they were here within 20 minutes looked at our unit and said no matter what the other air conditioning company did it wasn't going to fix it. They quoted a surprise for a new unit, I might add a low price for a 5ton unit, came today, installed it, stuck around to make sure the temperature was dropping and everything was running properly, their cleanup was perfect, they were here on time, they cleaned everything up, they explained everything to my husband and I and they were out the door didn't take them very long it was a very wonderful job. I'd like to thank the owner for getting a hold of the guys that came by the house I do think it was Nick and Mike and Nick and Mike came today and they were awesome thank you precision one air.
