Absolutely blown away by this impeccable business! Air bag on my hauling truck had a leak, they got me in within 20 minutes, fixed leak right away. John the mechanic was so helpful and honest. I knew right away I was in good hands. Bless your business for helping me out.

What a great experience. Eric and his team are professional, friendly and just great people. We just had work done on our Plumbing Van and our new plumbing truck. We also thought something was wrong with our 16 year old daughter's truck. They looked everything over and reassured us nothing was wrong. It is a great feeling when you know you can trust an automotive shop especially when sending your teenager out on the roads. We will definitely be using Premier Automotive in the future for all of our needs.

Look no further, this is your shop! The service was fast and reliable and the whole experience was as easy as possible because they understand that having your car on the shop is already stressful. If I could rate this establishment 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend took his truck up there for a tune up in June. It was pretty outrageous that they charged him over $600 for a tune up let alone the fact that it sat for several days before they even started to work on it. Before they did the tune up, a lady called and claimed that he needed 2 ignition coils installed. He didn’t have the money to have both of them installed but she said it would at least help if he had one of them installed. So he took her advice, even though he really didn’t have the money. It sat for another several days and after he picked it up, it was running way worse than when he originally took it in. He took it in originally because he thought that a tune up would help with gas mileage and usage. He called and the lady who he had talked to in the beginning told him to bring it back up there and they would look at it. Several days passed and still no one ever got around to looking at his truck. If we had known that We were going to lose over $600 and had to cancel numerous doctors appointments, He definitely would have taken it to someone else! The truck is still running rough, but apparently they don’t have time nor guarantee their work because no matter how many times We call they tell him to just bring it and leave it and they will look at it “when they can get to it”. Save your money and your sanity and skip Premiere at all cost!

As a business owner my first reaction is to be held accountable for all reviews rather they are positive or as in this case negative. However, after doing a little research there is zero accountability for this review. If we are put on a budget we do the absolute best we can do with what we are provided with. Your truck was in the shop 6 months ago and to just now be writing this inaccurate review just further satisfies my reasoning behind this. I'm sorry we cant offer same day service as we can only do so much, We have 4 technicians on the floor keeping Hunt County and surrounding loyal customers on the road. If the vehicle was not right when you picked it up it should have been acknowledge at that time not 6 months later. If you wish to be of reason then we can be of reason as well. Premier Automotive

By far best shop around. Went in for an alignment, met with outstanding customer service and knowledgeable techs. Definitely recommend this shop.
