  The lady working the helpline for Prentiss Connect during the night time was very rude. She must not like her job much. I’m only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the men who work to fix power lines are very helpful, amazing, and hardworking.

  You better save your reciepts . I have paid my bill on time for 20 years. I had to drop a money order in slot . My hubs was in hospital and when we returned everything was ruined in my house. They had cut my power off! I took my receipt down there and they told me that there was no payment 😡. I was so mad. I showed them the receipt and oh wow they found my payment . It was posted to another acct. Without that reciept I would have had to pay late fees and hookup fees and a deposit. They have been ok otherwise but I will never drop another money order in the night drop.

  They are very respectful to me when I go there to pay my Bill. I Have payed my Bill at the Booneville Electric Billing company for over 50 years, no prolems, They take good care of everyone.
