    Preston Link Electric installed can lights in my kitchen, everything seemed fine. Then a little over a year later this one started to fall down, so I called Preston Link again to come fix it. Preston link charged me about $100 to come "fix" it again. Now a little over a year later again the light is once again falling, so I called Preston Link again. They said they would call me back, but no Preston Link employee called me about this issue. They should've reinstalled the light to fix the issue, but they dont stand behind their work. I dont suggest anyone use Preston Link Electric.

    Paul we installed the lights in 2020 and we were told you could not find lamps too fit. I will have our service department call you tomorrow.

    I've worked with a lot of contractors in my years but Matt and the team at Preston are top notch! Matt helped obtain a permit for me that was stuck for months by my main contractor and Will and the team have been amazing to work with on my complete electrical redo of a house that I'm remodeling! They are very knowledgeable, professional and responsive! Would highly recommend!

    We hired this company to install new floodlights out back, since our house had none. Getting consistent communication was fine at first, but as I had more questions closer to the appointment date it was spotty. The guys that did the work were professional, but they apparently messed something up in the wiring of my kitchen that took out the kitchen and dining room lights. There was absolutely no form of accountability for the mistake. I called and was put on a waitlist to get someone out to my house, but my husband and I work so it was extremely challenging to meet them on demand. I even received attitude from the manager when I expressed concern. They had more of a "we'll get to it when we get to it" attitude, no apology or sense of urgency at all. They eventually got someone out to fix it, and said that I'd be emailed the bill. I never received anything and had to contact them again for a receipt. Maybe I got them on an off day because they have such great reviews, I don't know. But I had a very poor experience with this company.

    Maddie, We apologize for inconsistent communication and we had a transition in the office and we have been working to sort all of that out and I do believe that it was fluke and we hope to get an opportunity to work with you again. I know I had spoke with you at one point and made sure that your invoice was corrected and nothing was said or I would have taken care of it then. Again sorry for the poor experience.
