  Dave and Mark came to estimate my project, and I have yet to hear back after 1 week. It would be unfair to rate as of yet. They seemed knowledgeable, but waiting to see bid.

  Paul, I am sorry you are disappointed in the response time for your bid. As you are well aware your project is very extensive and requires us to get pricing from our suppliers which were closed for the long holiday. We will have a bid to you by Monday.
