  First time I called on this business they were very professional. A year later I called on them again and they failed to close crawlspace door when they left. Unfortunately, this was during a deep cold spell so crawlspace was open for eight days when our water pipes froze. I called them and emailed them with no response for three days, And then all I received was an apology. I would not recommend this company.

  Quoted $1,000 just to put a service Mass backup for a tree took it down and pulled the mass of the house. Had it replaced last year when the same thing happened. The electrician I use then replaced everything new and put it up and only charge $500 so $1,000 just to put it up. No thank you

  We gave a rough estimate of $500 to $600. The "electrician" that was used last year is not licensed or insured, of course he can charge less. I hope you were able to get your mast repaired, best of wishes.

  Great service and great price. They were there when consumers was not. They were on time for when consumers disconnected me and stayed around till 7pm waiting with us for consumers was late to rebook. I had called consumers to see when the rehook was happening and when they said they forgot to rehook us but would be there by 9 pm Bruce the owner said to call him if they aren't there by 9 and he would even call himself. It didn't matter that it was after hours. Great people would highly recommend.
