  Great people, my generator didn't start the night after the storm and my usual generator people weren't answering the phone, so I looked who else was close by and called them. They picked up,at night, Then they sent a guy out to my place in no time, not even 2 hours. The tech was polite and solved the problem pretty fast. Definitely will recommend, they are truly 24/7.

  Hired them for a Perkins repair, told me 5-7 days for part must pay up front, one month later part was still not in, I got the part myself, but they had the software to program so they did , I was suppose to get a refund almost 6 months ago, still have not received one. Andrea rarely calls me back and I have emails from her telling me my check was mailed on two different occasions, but I never get that check she "mailed" when she says she will get back to me she does not. Small claims court here we come.

  This incredibly inconsiderate (family-owned) business allows their employees to play music until midnight every night of the week, which can be heard from half a mile away, despite numerous complaints from the neighborhood. If you're treating your neighbors this way, I can't imagine you're any more considerate of your customers.
