  My personal experience as a instrument and controls Supervisor thus far (4 months, second job)with PTW has been great. They offer good benifits and have a number of long term employees which is something I always look for when making an employment decision. Paid Time off and monthly credit for purchase of FR clothing boots or items in the PTW store.They offer a apprentice program for anyone looking to better educate themselves in there craft. They have been in business for a number of years and are well established and treat each other with respect which is hit and miss in the heavy industrial construction industry now days. Good company overall expanding rapidly with advancement oportunities for those that get after it. So far so good!
