Took forever to get furnace fixed then want to charge 3% just to run your card and pay abill, but a check won't cost anything? I don't get it but would not recommend.

When you live in a small town, like pullman or Moscow with only a handful of professionals to call, knowing the right one to call can make a world of difference. The best thing for a local business and the growing health of our community is to share our experiences. Pullman Heating & Electric have some of the most professional workers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When my furnace caught fire, they came out next day to take a peak and set me up with the repairs I needed to. Their office worked logistics with me and had sent out Colton, one of their repair men, who drove out and quickly identified the issue. He was able to resolved it quickly and as efficiently as he could. In a few short hours and with minimal part replacements, our hvac system was back up and running! He tuned up the rest of the system while he was at it and left us in better shape then just a repair job. Know who to call, and who to trust.

We used Pullman Heating & Electric to connect our range to gas utility. We paid >$1500 for a couple hours of work and a bit of pipe. The work required an inspection which I was only notified of by Pullman Heating & Electric after the inspector tried to contact me from an unlisted number which I did not pick up. Pullman Heating & Electric notified me that if I did not answer to schedule the inspection that I would be fined. They could not provide me with a number to contact the inspector myself. After that I took many calls from unknown numbers anticipating the inspector's call and finally scheduled an inspection more than 2 months after the work was done. Pullman Heating & Electric still charged me an inspection fee and included tax on the fee. They insisted that the inspector had tried to contact me multiple times and refused to waive the fee.
