  I took my ford fusion 2019 that had an electrical issue due to a collision. Car wouldnt startup ..went to ford repair shop twice but they werent able to resolve the issue. My last option was to take it to a shop ..i luckily chose this shop ..mark and the team were awesome they fixed the issue and car is running like new. Thanks guys!!

  One month and still he did not resolve the two problems. My A/c was not working and the engine fan not coming on. Scratches on my car, what looks like break fluid dripping on my car, three missing car parts. After seeing my car sitting in Marks garage for one month not resolve I requested my car back. Then the next time I went to pick up my car he had my a/c working but it was not very cold. My car spent five week for my a/c to work at a cost of $1,700.00 and missing parts from my car. Thanks Mark!!!

  Mark and his team are some of the BEST Technicians in NYS PERIOD!!!! I brought my car to Audi in Mt.Vernon, they had it for a week and they gave me a bill for $11,000. I took the car the Quality Auto for the same EXACT ISSUE and I received my car back in two days from the original drop off and only received a bill for $600. Mark fixed the original issue with my Audi and saved me $10,400!!!!!
