  On one of the first hottest days of the year, our HVAC unit stopped working. I called Quality Counts and talked with Chet and he walked me through a couple of things over the phone and then told me he'd see me in the morning. He was right on time, got the unit working, and was an absolute delight to work with. I can't say enough good about him and his work and I highly recommend him to everyone!

  I rarely take time to write a review, this time I have to. I have to say Chet Thompson with Quality Counts is THE MAN, very professional and efficient, definitely knows his business. If you need a Technician that will ensure that the job is done the best way possible, not just going after your money, call Quality Counts. I'm Beyond happy with the service, professional and affordable. Chet Thompson definitely owns up to the nam. Will definitely use them again.

  I would like to take a minute to sing the praises of CJ Thompson and his Business, Quality Counts Heating and AC service! ( qualitycountsmechanical.com ) Chet came to work on my AC today, I was so impressed with his Knowledge, Efficiency, and dependable service. I had another company come to look at my AC last week and they wanted well into the thousands of dollars to fix my system. Chet had it fixed and running like new with a little TLC and a couple hundred dollars! Amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work or service.
