Quality Electric recently upgraded our service. We received a detailed quote up front, and they were able to schedule the job quickly. The office staff were extremely helpful and answered all questions I had from the start. The girls took care of everything from the permit, to dealing with the power company and scheduling an inspection. The day of the job we received a text message letting us know when the electricians were on their way, and they showed up on time. They completed the work quickly, and cleaned up before they left. They were friendly, again answered any questions I asked, and they did really nice work. We highly recommend Quality Electric and will use them again for sure!

This company is by far the best in the valley. I called and actually spoke to someone on the phone and got an appointment scheduled right away. So much better than calling and leaving a voice-mail and no one returning my calls. The communication from this company is amazing, I got notified when my appointment was scheduled, when the tech was on his way, and when my estimate was ready. I was never in the dark about the status of my project. The tech that came out was great as well very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I gave him my ideas and he made it all happen. He took the time to go over everything with me and gave me a detailed quote so I knew what to expect. The price was very reasonable and the work was impeccable. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know, and I will be using them for any other electrical issues or projects I have in the future.

We use Quality Electric quite often and we've never been disappointed. They are our go-to electricians. Their office staff has always been super friendly and helpful and they can reliably get to us within a decent amount of time. Dale and his team are professional and kind, always taking the time to explain the situation to us. We have found that because they have a licensed electrical inspector on staff, their knowledge of the codes helped save us money by not doing unnecessary things. They have simple solutions to what can seem like a large problem to a homeowner, and that's been appreciated. Over the years they've done many things at our property and whether it's digging a large trench or changing a really high light that needed the big bucket truck, they've shown up with the proper equipment and got it done. The prices are always reasonable and I feel a great value for the professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!
