Had a great experience with Ram from Quality Electrical. He was running a little behind our scheduled time but he called to let us know the updated arrival time (which wasn’t that much later than the original time -certainly well within what’s usual for this type of service). He understood what we wanted, did a thorough job and explained the answers to all our questions. Very happy to recommend and will use again in the future if the need arises.

I would not recommend very disorganized and unprofessional. Had an appointment window and the company was still late. Didn’t honor price quoted and wanted to charge more after giving me proposal. I wasted time dealing with them I wouldn’t recommend at all !!

Dear EM: We were 30 minutes late; however, you were notified of the updated time. We arrived prepared to honor the proposal's scope of work and price. While we were at the job site, you requested additional work to be done. We gave you the price for the addition to the scope of work. Once the new price was accepted, the technicians proceeded to start the work. Again you approach the technicians with additional work for the third time. Both technicians tried to explain that this would require more time and thus incur an increase to the previously quoted price. You did not agree. At that time the technicians apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused you and left the job site. Again we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!
