  My husband and I had an altercation with what WE THOUGHT was a Quantum employee. We called the owner to talk to him about it and he went above and beyond for us. He left his office and came all the way down to where we work to talk to us about it. Through this we did find out that it was not one of his employees but after finding that out he even investigated who it actually was and found the company for us so we could call them! I've never used them for their actual electric services but the ownership is obviously fantastic and this guy runs a tight ship. If I ever have electric needs in the future I will absolutely go through them. Amazing!
