I was referred to this company to use for a business I manage and was cut off very curtly and short over the phone when I was trying to ask about their services. When this is the first experience most people have with a company, I'd say that they would prefer to have a better first impression than that. Needless to say, I'll be using someone else for our business of over 20 commercial businesses that we could have set up through them.
