  After I cleared the hurdle of being a first time customer on the checkout page, my experience with R.C. Worst was the best (pun intended). Usually I do my online business with Amazon and as a Prime member I benefit from free shipping. Worst was the best price for the pump controller I was buying even after paying for shipping. The product arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I was expecting. The checkout experience is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars.

  The 17 year old pump on our septic system failed (things back up quickly). RC Worst shipped out a new one and it arrived less than a week from order date, problem solved! It also arrived with clear printed installation instructions, not some QR code to scan and read on a cell phone while working in a less than desirable environment. I highly recommend RC Worst.
