  When hiring a contractor I do my homework so finding R Costa Electric was no accident. Their reviews are accurate; they simply are the best. To address the one negative review, I can 100% say they must have inadvertently reviewed the wrong business. Being honest, helpful, qualified, and personable are what sets Rob above the rest. Our initial conversation about the possibility of a whole house generator for me seemed out of reach and I was disappointed. Rob suggested he come out to assess the situation and was able to come up with an alternate solution that worked perfectly! He was easy to talk with and even helped me order the generator on the spot. He kept me apprised of parts on order and once the generator arrived, he was there the same day to install! He went through all the instructions with me, several times, to make sure I was comfortable using it. After such a positive experience, I asked him to do a few other jobs. He removed and hauled away 2 old fans and quickly installed new ones. While in the process of converting from an electric to propane stove, he coordinated with me, and the propane company, by switching out the plug so I was only without a stove for a minimal amount of time. He has done various other general repairs, some without me even asking and some helping me troubleshoot over the phone. He is a pleasure to work with but most importantly he is trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable that he will take care of everything...and he does. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Do not hesitate to talk with him about any size job or any need. They are qualified to handle it all. Thank you Rob for all your help! I'm so relieved that I never have to go without power ever again!

  I hired Bob Costa to install a whole house Generac Standby Generator. As a career professional myself, I know what customer service is. Bob is a true professional, I say this based for his electrical expertise, perfect installation, excellent communication, ( he returned every one of my calls promptly), followup and customer service. Bob offered options for me to reduce costs on this project. Greatly appreciated, and he handled ALL aspects of the projects. His team was also skilled, courteous and left the job site clean. The project exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bob!!!

  Rob Costa restores my faith in mankind. He and his electricians are great. He is always there for any electric work that I have to get done in the house no matter how big or how small. To be honest, over the years most of the work has been a series of small items. Rob has a big heart. This morning my wife called Rob about a blown circuit breaker and they repaired it right away. She never hesitates about calling the electrician because most of the time, she gets Rob on the phone. He and the people who work for his company are polite and professional. I would never hesitate recommending R Costa Electric.
