Brad was phenomenal! He came and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Went above and beyond to explain everything so I completely understood the process and made suggestions for me to have search tools for future upgrade. Excellent service would would highly recommend this company and wish more employees were like him!

Hired them after owner came and reviewed scope of work and accepted the detailed estimate in full without any negotiation. Job was scheduled 2 weeks in advance based upon their availability. When technician arrived, only completed a small part of work and did not bring enough staff to complete install of heavy chandelier even though it was detailed on original estimate. Technician said office to not fully communicate the scope of work. Office manager was very unprofessional when we called after partial install. Was very defensive and said “I guess I’m responsible for all the mistakes here!” She said she would have the owner call me to reschedule. Owner has never called. I sent two emails over the course of two weeks asking when the owner was going to call me. Then over the phone, she again said the owner would call me. Of course, he has not. Then she had the nerve to schedule the balance of the work even though the owner has never called. I would avoid this company.

Unfortunately some of this is true. The tech called out sick, and the tech we sent there to help with the heavy light had go to his next appointments. I will never send a sick tech to someones house. After Brownlee was told we had to reschedule he decided to call our office and scream at my office manager. She said " I guess I'm responsible"(For the Tech calling in sick) She was so upset from the name calling, screaming, and verbal abuse from him she started crying and went home. I have no respect and no time for people like that. But like a professional she still reschedule to finish the work and Brownlee declined. I guess he was looking to get the work done for nothing, and sure enough he did not pay for the work that was done.

Exceptional customer service and they did a great job setting up my tankless heater! Thanks so much for the prompt friendly service! Seriously I appreciate it so many uncool companies out there will definitely recommend and use them again!
