  As the wind howls on an unseasonably warm mid-December evening, I'm reminded why I chose a whole house generator in the first place - the increasing threat of more extreme severe weather. I'm extremely happy that I went with RAB Electric to complete this work. Ross Blunier was very easy to work with and answered all the questions that I had. Jordan and Jake did a great job on the install. Those two were FAST! When they were done, it looked like they hadn't even been there. And a special shout-out to Laura in the office, who helped me navigate a wrinkle with the gas company. If you're looking for a whole house generator, I highly recommend RAB Electric.

  RAB has always been dependable and affordable. I’ve used them personally at work, and personal family members have used them as well. Kevin, one of the electricians, has always been quick to answer the phone, is very professional, comes prepared, exhibits absolute integrity, and is always willing to take the time to answer my questions and help. I highly recommend RAB to anyone looking for honest, quality work at an affordable price.

  I live in Saybrook, Illinois and had a generator installed 2 years ago. They were great on the sale side, however....I showed a Red Light 14 days ago. Made a call and reported everything to a young lady who said she would pass on. Nothing.....One week ago I saw a PopeJoy truck and flagged him down. Explained my situation and he came over and changed the battery. Said I was good and he could return in a week to complete the maintenance. He just finished and the whole procedure was professional. Manager reached out earlier this week and advised me to call him anytime I had a concern. Assured me tech would handle professionally. Received a text prior to his arrival with a picture of him and an ETA. He was right on time and the service and price were exceptional. Do your due diligence. Anyone can sell a product but you may want to ensure the follow up. Also, there was a widow who lives near me who had the same issues. She also called PopeJoy.
