  My experience at Radio Shack with Mr. Adam has been above and beyond excellent!! The staff at this store are very informative and very helpful to my needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! When I first came into the store the item that I was looking for was not in the store at that time. I would like to say that the staff at Radio Shack in Kerrville ordered it for me and I received it very quickly very prompt. As I stated before I will definitely be a repeat customer thank you so much Radio Shack!!

  We have just moved to Kerrville and lost the TV power cable during the move. Called a couple of places and they were no help. Called Radio Shake and Adam was great! He asked a few questions and find the cable I needed and had it in stock. I was able to pick it up in time for the cable installer. Adam was really helpful and Radio Shack saved the day.
