  Called because the light switch in my bedroom no longer turns on the light. The lady who answered the phone took my name, address, and a description of my situation then put me on hold. She came back and said they had no one available. When I stated it wasn't for today she repeated that they had no one available. When I asked if there was a date for the weekend she repeated that there was no one available. When I asked if there were other dates she repeated that there was no one available. No explanation given. Very unsettling.

  My outlets weren't working because water had gotten into my circuit breaker. Rainbow had someone here within a half hour with replacement pieces. Great service, will use them again in the future!
