  Rains would have received five star rating but they overbooked and did not show or call on scheduled day. They did come the next day but with very little notice and I had to leave before they finished. However, to his credit Mr. Rains worked very hard and was nothing but professional and respectful. The job was a complete mess (the bagster ripped open) but he cleaned up driveway/road and did not expect payment until I saw the completed work. I would call them again despite the scheduling hiccups and lack of timely communication. Price wise they were the lowest in the area.
