  I was hoping for an answer to my electrical problem at my home. I had a outdoor security light not receiving any power, and another outdoor light at the back door not working via the switch on the inside of the home. The technician examined the properties wiring "system" and said this is outdated and there are wires that need to be replaced. He offered no additional help. I called and left messages to see what else they could do and did not get a call back. I spent $125 for them to come to my home. Nothing was done, and it was a wasted $125.

  Raintree electric was contracted to fix my electricity problem through warranty and they never called or responded to any of my voicemails. This is the second time they have done this.

  This company has contract with HMS/home warranty. The tech that came out was extremely unprofessional, they lied to my home warranty and said my home needed to be completely rewired and wanted $2,500. My home warranty said they would not cover me. I called on local town electrician and it was a $650. We had them instal 2 additional outlets $100 for each. Rain tree did not bother in providing me any report of there findings. Even though I asked for a report or bid for job.
