  I asked the guy who owns to schedule someone and give me an estimate. My central heating and air does not work. When I got the first no show I called them again and scheduled yet another appointment I don't understand a company is letting bad reviews just go in. Two no shows then dropping the call. I finally gave up on them. If someone knows someone else send me the info

  Called to diagnose our upstairs ac not working. A guy came and said wires were a little loose and he tightened them. Paid $80. AC still was not working next day. They were supposed to send a smaller guy to crawl under house to check out ducts. Talked to a lady on the phone about it. She said they really should come back and not let it slip. Weeks later, nobody came, still not working. Nobody ever called. Called another company and they had a different diagnosis and it is working great. Will not use RAC again.

  Tech came out on a Monday, said I needed an emergency heat kit and he would ck price and get back with me the following day. Ten days later and I never heard back from him. Called another company they fixed the problem, it was not the emergency heat that was defective.
