  I called back spoke to Aaron (BTW who is awesome) He came out gave estimate and put us on schedule. Work completed and very nice Tech's and work looks great. Inspectors took forever but Randy Electric was great. Lots of communication after everything got started.

  It took them over 3 weeks to get my bill ready but I feel pressured me to pay after 5 days. When I was explaining how I felt Bonnie felt the need to talk over me. The tech the sent out was great but the billing/office was poor.

  Tried to get someone to come out, but they're booked 3+ weeks and could offer no references or referral to someone else. The female who answered the phone acted as if I inconvenienced HER for calling! This was the very first place I thought of based on past business dealings and following on LinkedIn and FB, but after today, I'd NEVER do business (electrical or other) or frequent their breweries.... Super poor customer service and couldn't care any less about others.
