  I have been using Rapid Service for years, both personally and at my business, for my plumbing and electrical needs. Andy, Rachel, and the staff are outstanding! They have always gotten to my needs without delay, even when they had already full schedules; they are reasonably priced and have offered service call discounts for ongoing issues; they never try to “sell” me something I don’t need; and they are friendly and professional every time! Such a pleasure to work with this amazing group of people; I will never use anyone else for my plumbing or electrical needs. Thanks for all you do!

  Andy came, fit me in as an emergency. Very clean, professional. Gave me an estimate before doing any work. Was knowledgeable and Completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased. Would reccommend, especially in an emergency situation! (No one else locally would fit me in today. I called 2 other places)

  Wonderful! Rachel may be the best dispatcher I've interacted with. The service techs (Ozzy and Andy) were absolutely professional and friendly. They showed up on time, provided a fair quote and did amazing work in and completed quickly. Honestly, this is the best plumbing service I've seen in a good while.
