  Great power co service but the prices are slightly higher than other utility companies. If you have a service issue, they respond fairly quickly.

  I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then could not get a life person to speak with. I kept going around and around with the prompts.

  Rappahannock Electric Cooperative is (and has been) an amazing business of which my family is grateful to be a member of. Throughout this horrific COVID-19 pandemic, this Cooperative has really had their members best interest at heart. My family wants to say "Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for your thoughtfulness & obvious concern for us during this difficult time." It matters to me, that people should know what a great group of people are involved in this Electric Cooperative! May you all be blessed with safety & good health!
