  We had a leak under our sink, under the house. When I called they said it would probably be tomorrow. I told them that was fine. In just under 2 hours they called and said they would be there in about 10 minutes and they were. It took them less than 15 minutes to fix the problem and we were very satisfied with their work and the price! Very personable and polite! Thanks Rardin! I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly!

  Definitely given the run around. Owner was rude and condescending, Made excuses and got an attitude with me for questioning him. Lied on me to my husband, and when caught blamed his excavator. He has ZERO customer service skills, and doesn't care about his customers at all. Made appointments that they didn't call to cancel and didn't show up for. Owner got nasty with me and told me if my basement flooded again, they wouldn't come out. The first time they showed up we gave approval to replace main sewer line. Said it was taking so long to get a permit. When I pointed out that we'd been waiting on them to do the work we approved, and that until the work was done he'd come fix my flooded basement, he FINALLY scheduled the work. (after 3 weeks of this behavior and me telling owner off) they came to do the work. He waited until the day of the work to tell us he needed a partial payment up front. Then walked around my yard for an hour because they "couldn't find the lines". Julie had come out. But Rardin Did no survey of property before to know where anything is, and the tree and sunroom are in the way of the rest of the line, so the complete scope of work (replacing main sewer line, and tying in- $2500.00) was not completed as agreed to. They took my fence down, didn't put it back up, even though I specifically asked BEFORE the scheduled appointment. The owner said he would reinstall, did not. To add insult to injury, yesterday we received a visit from the city water department. We have a "significant leak" somewhere, that started (according to the city) the day after the work was completed. I will be filing paperwork with the appropriate agencies against this company. UPDATE: They came out to check for leak on Thursday. Found the issue to be gummed up lines, 2 toilets needing replacement, and all the shut offs need replacement. Which is comical, as another one of their plumbers previously checked all this and the overflows and said everything was in good order. So, they took one of my toilets apart, and shut it off as they did not have the part needed and Scheduled to do work Friday morning. Guess what? You got it, they never showed up or called. However, I did get notified that the company read my review, the owner is extremely pissed over my review and has refused to do any further work for us, regardless of how my bathroom was left. According to Illinois law, it's illegal for any business to retaliate against a customer for leaving a negative review. I'll say it again, BUYER BEWARE.
