  If I could review lower than 1 star I would. They are hospitable, as they try to take you to the cleaners and file claims. They will offer estimates and be cordial, not informing you of that charge, and they will also inflate the issue. I do hope you do your research. As a Minerva local, there ARE plenty of other companies that will perform free estimates and be upfront and honest.
