  We called Rays as they were who the builder used on our new home. They showed up on time and got right to work. The female on the crew was very nice and helpful. We hired them to install electrical in our new kitchen and laundry room, plus a hot tub plugin. All seemed great, but customer service/satisfaction is nonexistent. They placed the hot tub plugin on the wrong wall and refused to come back out, $700 for a plug-in that sits in front of a clean out at least 8 feet away from where we wanted it. The owner Jeff was very rude and even hung up on me. I am not sure why they wouldn’t want to correct the mistake. I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau, but no response. Now we found a return HVAC pipe ripped in half by the new wires they installed and just hoping nothing else is damaged. I just want them to come out and make this right... what happened to honest companies? I highly recommend using another company

  Called Ray's to see if they could do electrical work needed to connect a new well pump on a yard irrigation well that I recently had drilled at a rental property. Cheryl who works in the office is very professional and courteous. She indicated that the electrician would have to go by and take a look to see what the job would involve. I gave her the address and she indicated that it was only a couple of miles from their office, so he should be able to get by there within a couple of days. After 3 days, I called to see if he had been able to go by. She said he found the house number next door but couldn't find mine. Puzzling as both units are clearly marked with address numbers. She said she would send him back by. I called back today and they still have not been by. Didn't feel that my business was important to Ray's electric. I hope you have better luck.

  Ray's Electric did all the electrical work for a large remodel project at our house. The quality of the work was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We call Ray's first when we need electrical work now.
