We have used Raynor for several services in our new home and have purchased their membership- we wouldn’t want to use anyone else at this point! They are highly responsible and most recently had someone out for an emergency within a half hour of my call. When the technician arrived, he used booties in the home and wore a mask. He was knowledgeable and thorough and even found a dangerous problem we didn’t know we had and fixed it immediately. Great company to work with!

I can always count on Raynor to pick up the phone, always hit the scheduled time of arrivals, and all their technicians to be professional and walk you through the issue/options. Jonathan Craig was my technician and did a great job explaining the issue, the work he’ll perform, and didn’t mind when I kept asking him for updates as he repaired the switches and outlets. I’ve used Raynor multiple times at my house because of this level of service.

I have used Raynor Services three times. My home was built in 1890 and it’s not always an easy job. They installed ductless mini split A/C throughout my home. They were the best estimate and they took care of all the paperwork for the applicable NJ Clean Energy program rebates saving me thousands on the job. I have also used them 2x for electric work. John and Chris M are excellent. They care about your project as if they were working on their own home. The front office staff is highly responsive and organized. Brittany and Samantha are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Raynor. They have their act together and make home improvements a breeze.
