  I Have been without power for 3 days now! This power company couldn't care less if their customers have power or not!! I moved here from NC and when they have power outages like this, they have 3 shifts working to get people's power on. Here I guess they don't want to pay overtime! They work until 8 or 9 then go home to their nice warm houses!! They should use some of the huge amount of revenue they receive to be better equipped for emergencies like this!! IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!

  Worst electric utility provider on the planet. Rude customer service. The price for electricity is outrageous. Wish there were an alternative so I could switch providers so I wouldn't have to support these rip-off artists.

  I am very pleased with the service from Cumberland Valley. During outages in the worst of weather conditions, the line men do a great job of getting service restored. I appreciate all of you.
