  I would like to share my appreciation for service performed by Ready Electric. They were fast, friendly, affordable and professional. I needed a small repair performed at my house and they were able to help me out in a short timeframe. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

  DISABLED SENIORS LEFT IN THE DARK FOR TWO MONTHS !!!!! We lost power in our kitchen and dining room. We watch tv in the dinning room so it wasnt fun sitting in the dark. We had to run extension cords for our refrigerator and microwave. We called ready electronic because they were the company we always used. I do have to admit at the time we were having problems with raccoons. The repair man came out asked my 70 year old husband for a ladder we have 10' ceilings. Prior they came out and cut two holes in our kitchen ceiling so they could repair our light in the dinning room. So all he did was put his arm in the hole and took two pictures. He said there are still signs of raccoons. Before they came out we told them about that. He said call back when they were gone. He never tested any outlets to see if that could be the problem. We had all the repairs done so they couldn't get in. We waited a week to make sure it was safe. We called them back they set us up with a appointment six weeks later. The first time the repair man was here he only stayed about 15 to 20 minutes. We received a bill for $120.00. It was about a week before our appointment my husband called ready electronic back to see if they could come sooner because I couldn't take it anymore. He was told they wouldn't come to our house because of the raccoons. We had the company that whitewater police told us to call to trap the raccoons. He told us he would write a letter saying that they were gone the same with the man who repaired the overhang. We would never put anyone in danger. The worst thing about it was THEY WERE NEVER EVEN GOING TO CALL US TO LET US KNOW THAT THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF KEEP OUR APPOINTMENT. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS SAY WE DON'T WANT THE JOB. WE WAITED FIVE WEEKS THINKING THEY WERE COMING. At that time we lost all hope. We called a friend he recommended Delta Electronic. My husband called Delta Electronic left a message at 9:00 am by 10 am Rich from Delta Electronic called back. They were at our house by 2:00 pm the same day. Alfonzo and a younger man which I feel bad I didn't get his name tested the outlets in the kitchen and were finished in 20 minutes. It was a bad outlet behind the stove. THANK GOD FOR DELTA ELECTRIC. Just think if the man from ready electric would of checked the basic it would of been fixed for our $120.00. There plan was cut more holes in our ceiling. So it ended up the raccoons didn't have anything to do with it. RICH AND HIS STAFF ARE MY HEROES.
