  We scheduled Red Barn Electric in December to come and give us an estimate on installing a natural gas heater in our garage replacing the electric one. Sam came on Saturday morning. Walked through the basement doing the estimate and Sam noticed our 1989 gas hot water heater and advised to get it replaced asap. And our house was not grounded. He gave us an estimate for the garage heater which was pretty much in line with the estimates I had from two other dealers in the area. Plus another estimate for the water heater, grounding the house and 4 outlets I wanted installed. He said they would be able to come within the month to do the work. This is what sold me. They were prompt on the promise to show up. And prompt on the time that they would be there. They send notices on text and email that they are on the way along with pictures of the guys showing up. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept checking with us to see if we were happy as things were progressing. We had one misunderstanding on the location of the thermostat for the garage heater but they changed it to my satisfaction immediately. They did the outside outlets even though it was the below zero day. They work hard to complete the job. No wasted time. They put down floor coverings and clean up all messes from the installation. Replaced old gas valves and added a couple more for safety. He gave us the senior and military discount on the estimate. And at the end threw in a carbon monoxide alarm at no charge. We are happy with the work. We are happy with the appliances. We would recommend getting Sam and his crew at Red Barn Electric to do your electrical/gas/HVAC jobs.   Sam and his co-workers were very professional and polite. They listened to my issues and came up with a plan to help me. The email and text reminders are a nice thing and they also call right before they get to your house. They also kept my house as clean as possible. They were such a joy to work with. I definitely say if you need any heating/cooling or electrical work done to give Red Barn Electric a call. They also did the licensed repairs on the house I am selling. They were able to set an appointment for the next week and they were in and out in just a day. They kept the house nice and neat while they were in the house.

  Very very professional and explained everything that they were doing.. they installed our LP shop heater...Josh , Dillon and Samuel are so very polite and professional..they stayed until the job was finished and when my thermostat wasn't working properly Josh came the next evening and replaced our thermostat, he said he wasn't leaving until I had heat so very courteous to me..we have used their services many times and will continue to ..you will not be disappointed..5 star rating! Thanks again guys!
