  I had scheduled to have Red Mountain come to my home from 3-5:00. For this reason, I planned to be home by 3:00. When I got to my house at 2:57 the electrician had already been at my house and billing since 2:00. I have a light switch that was going to an outlet for lamps and I wanted to have the switch go to a light. I had everything prepared. When I got there we spent 1/2 hour talking about what to do. He had wired the outlet to have one dead part and the power was directed to the switch where I wanted to have two switches for a light and fan. He didn't have any 3 way wire, but I did have some. I had cleared the insulation from all wiring areas needed. I told him I could run the wire and he said he would. He cut a hole for the switch box and slid my wiring through the holes. He put the box in for the switch and capped those wires. That is all that was done. The cost was 148.75.

  This was a good experience. The electrician was friendly and knowledgeable. They were totally fair in their charges and very helpful answering all my questions regarding my electric service.

  What more can one ask of a service pro? On time in an emergency. Fixed the problem. Explained all the procedures. Cleaned up everything. Very happy with our first experience with Red Mountain Electric!
