  My experience started off amazing with Jeff as a salesman. He even hung out with me while I searched for different things on Google to fully understand my options. I was scheduled quickly for service (for a whole week). My first two installers were less than ideal. I truly believe this was an exception and not the rule. I believe that for a variety of reasons. 1) Read the reviews. They are all amazing. 2) My friend used Red Royal for whole house electric rewiring (like me) and had a wonderful experience. 3) When Michael and Pat found out about my not so ideal experience they promptly showed up at my house - on a weekend - and made it right. They didn't just make it right they took me from angry to overwhelming thrilled to write a positive review. This was in large part because of Milan and his amazing skills. Jeff, Milan, Pat, and Michael were all AMAZING! Thank you guys for helping me rewire my entire house.

  Brandon is an excellent & proficient employee. I would have HIM back any time. However, I was very put off by the "$249 diagnostic charge" in addition to the $49 service charge. Both of these charges should have been explained during scheduling. After waiting several days without hot water, being 'blindsided' is unprofessional. I asked about charges before scheduling & this 'diagnostic' charge was not mentioned. I appreciate that Brandon was able to give me a 'senior rate'. I will recommend your company, but will warn anyone to ask about the 'hidden' charges.

  Milan and Casey were tremendous! The service was above and beyond. They gave honest alternative solutions to save as well as safety guidance. Not only was the service great, they were very professional and engaging throughout the entire process. 10/10!!
