  Took me awhile to get around to this review, but it is well deserved. My sister-in-law found this place and the took care of her issues, well her car issues, nothing they can do about her personal issues. So I decided to have them replace the Auxiliary Alternator on my 09 F350 dually instead of doing it myself. Rich gave me a quote and estimated time of completion. I thought his price was a little low. But what the heck. Well the price did come up, not Rick's fault, my truck is just one of the few with the way more expensive Alternator. It wasn't completed on time, but Rich called me because he was swamped, and asked if I would be OK with picking my truck the next morning I stead. I was, and when I arrived at 5:30 am he was already there, my truck was ready and he was working on another car that had broken down overnight. I was very happy with the work, and the total price was about what I had been quoted for the parts alone. Can't beat that. I highly recommend Rich and his services!

  Took my car here on a whim because I saw they were 24/7 service. I had a rattling noise coming from under. Rich new what the issue was immediately and fixed it up. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else but here. I highly recommend redemption auto. The mechanics are super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Extremely reasonably priced too.

  Had a van towed about a week. Rich was great to talk to, easy going, and down to earth. Had a driving named Tyler out in about an hour, which was a lot sooner than I expected given the short notice. Tyler was great also, very friendly and careful about not damaging anything. Even though it was a 10 year old van with rust, Tyler treated it like it was a new Ferrari. Hopefully I won't need anything else towed in the future (fingers crossed) but if I do I would definitely use them again.
